- Information you provide by completing forms on my website (for example, ARC sign-ups or information you provide when subscribing to my newsletter or contacting me)
In general, I do not want or intentionally collect any sensitive personal data. Sensitive personal data is data of the kind regulated by Article 9 or Article 10 of the GDPR, such as personal identity numbers; financial account information; information concerning racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious, philosophical, or other beliefs; membership in trade unions or professional or trade associations; physical or mental health information; biometric data; genetic data; data concerning sexual activity or orientation; or data concerning criminal records or suspected criminal activity.
However, if you provide me with sensitive personal data, whether through my website forms, newsletter comments, or emailing me, you explicitly consent to my use and processing of that data.
Additionally, I do not intentionally collect personal data from anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and to the extent reasonably possible I take steps to verify that you are a legal adult when I collect data from you. By using my website, products, or services, and by submitting any data to me, you warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
How do I use the data I collect from you?
I do not sell or share your data with third parties.
I use the data I collect from you to provide information, services, or products you have requested or purchased, and to allow you to interact with me and my website/newsletter. This may include sending you emails from time to time; these emails always contain either information you have requested or that you have consented to receive, or information I have a legitimate interest in delivering (such as notices of site changes). You can always unsubscribe from my email list by clicking the indicated link in the email.
Additionally, my website uses cookies to improve your experience while you’re with me, and for traffic analytics. I do not host paid advertisements on my platform. No personal information is shared or stored. Please see my cookie policy for more information.
How long do I keep your data?
As a rule, I only hold on to your data as long as necessary to provide you the service or product you requested. Your email will remain in my newsletter list, for instance, until you unsubscribe. For ARC forms, street team forms, or other similar instances where I am collecting mailing addresses or email addresses in order to send you a product, I will retain those form submissions for 90 days after the item has been delivered, for tracking purposes.

Who I share your data with
This site uses Plausible, an independent, open source analytics company based in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
